Keeping You On The Road in April

The month of April has presented all of us with challenges and opportunities. Here at Autocraft Bodywerks, we take the health and safety of our guests and our employees very seriously. We are following all of the recommendations from the CDC and local authorities to be sure we are doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus. Our entire team are taking the following steps at both of our locations:

  • Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer
  • Maintaining appropriate social distancing in the workplace
  • Wearing masks
  • During check-in, Customer Service Representatives will disinfect all high touch surfaces at vehicle drop-off
  • Regular wiping down of door handles, telephones and all surfaces
  • Regular sanitizing of our restroom facilities
  • Hand sanitizer placed throughout the facility and in restrooms
  • Temporary curtailment of handshaking among employees and with guests
  • Any employee with symptoms will be sent home for testing and self-quarantine
  • Every member of our detail department will complete detailing by wiping vehicle door handles and properly sanitizing the entire interior passenger cabin of every vehicle

As an essential business here in Texas, we have remained open throughout the “stay at home” orders to provide the essential service of continuing to repair and restore our guest’s vehicles back to original factory specifications. Even with reduced traffic, accidents can and do happen, and we want all of our loyal customers to know that we’re ready to help when we’re needed.

With the difficulties facing many families throughout our County, State and Country, we want to offer our heartfelt thanks to the healthcare professionals and first responders that have placed their responsibility to others above their own personal safety. Would also like to take a moment to recognize the powerful opportunity we’ve been given to spend more time with our families, friends and co-workers and to take stock of all that we have to be thankful for. We hope this challenge passes quickly, but we never want to forget how we came to a place of gratitude.

Words can scarcely express our sincere appreciation for each of you.
